John Landwehr serves on the Ethics Committee at Capital Region Medical Center. The committee assists medical professionals with ethical questions in difficult situations involving patient care, and provides continuing education for staff and resources for the local community. Recently the committee developed user-friendly versions of two critical estate planning documents: Power of Attorney for Healthcare Decisions, and an Advanced Medical Directive for “end of life” decisions.
