Missouri Supreme Court to consider whether Missouri Human Rights Act applies to employees who live and work outside Missouri

The Missouri Supreme Court will be considering whether an employee of a Missouri corporation can sue for employment discrimination under Missouri law, when that employee lived and worked in Iowa.  A trial court ruled to let the case proceed, but the Supreme Court will first decide whether the employee can bring a claim under Missouri law on the basis that some of the allegedly wrongful acts happened in Missouri.
