October 22, 2021 by jwallace@cvdl.net

Three CVDL attorneys—Dale Doerhoff, Heidi Doerhoff Vollet, and Shelly Kintzel—spoke at the Missouri Bankers’ Association’s Legal Risk Management Series.  Their presentation, “Business and Data Risks When Employees Leave,” provided practical guidance to employers looking to protect their confidential and sensitive information when key employees move to a competitor, and also provided tips for drafting and enforcing non-compete agreements.  The presentation also discussed federal and state laws that can be used by businesses to protect their confidential information.
