John Landwehr Hosts Seminar for Local Realtors

On October 16, John Landwehr provided a “Lunch and Learn” seminar for our client, the Jefferson City Area Board of Realtors, titled “Disability, Death & Land Titles: Who is Your Client.” When dealing with trusts, probate and business entities, it’s often not obvious who has authority to sign listing agreements, contracts and other critical documents. We don’t like to find out too late that a document is not enforceable because the signer was not fully authorized.
